TERMS OF SERVICE
Little Crowns Kids, LLC Reserves the right to deny service to any individual, at any time, without refund if that individual is deemed non-cooperative with our policies and procedures, which are put in place to maintain the safety and well-being of our clients and staff. We reserve the right to use all photos or videos taken during and after services are rendered for promotional purposes only. All photos and videos are the sole property of Little Crowns Kids LLC, and clients will not be given any compensation for the use, production, or reproduction of such media. By agreeing to be serviced by Little Crowns Kids LLC and its affiliates you are agreeing to our Terms and conditions, as well as our Booking and Service policies (Copies of policies are available at time of service).
DEPOSITS
Deposits are Non-Refundable. However, under ideal circumstances they can be transferred to a Gift Card, or a Rescheduled Appointment at the customer’s request per our Service and Refund Policies.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
Little Crowns Kids proudly stands behind all our products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at Little Crowns we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice or Gift card if returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Purchases made with Gift cards or e-Gift Cards are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
All Sales of hairbrushes, combs, and hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) are final. No returns and no exchanges.
RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS
Clients are expected to arrive on-time for their scheduled appointment. If you suspect that you will be running late or need to reschedule your appointment, please call, and let us know ahead of your scheduled time so that we can adjust the schedule. For your convenience you may reschedule or cancel your appointment no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled time online. Please review the policies on Late Reschedules and Cancellations (within 48 hours before appointment start time) below:
Late Reschedules: Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late for their appointment may need to be rescheduled. If a late reschedule results in a different appointment date, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. Same day reschedules, with a different time, will not forfeit the deposit.
If the Salon needs to make a last minute reschedule of your appointment that results in a different appointment date for any reason or fault of the Stylist or Salon Management, we will offer you a complimentary 15% discount Off your Service for the inconvenience.
Cancellations: Any client that is more than 20 minutes late without prior notice will be marked as a No Call No Show, and their appointment will be cancelled. Any deposit or prepayment will be forfeited, and a Full Pre-Payment for services will be required to book a new appointment.
LIMITED GUESTS
We are in the Salon Suites Beauty Mall Snellville location, and due to the limited space, we ask that you please refrain from bringing additional guests along with you to your child's scheduled appointment. Only the client that is being serviced, and, if necessary, one parent is permitted in the Salon area.
FOOD & DRINK POLICY
We provide complimentary beverages and snacks for all appointments. While we do allow you to bring beverages and snacks to your appointment, we ask that you please refrain from bring full meals into the Salon Area.
PICK UP POLICY
Please arrive to pick up your child from their appointment no later than 20 minutes after you have been notified that their service was completed. Repeat offenders of excessive late pick up will be banned from booking in the future.
